RunEight is named after the 8th and final run of Hyrox, a leg sapping 1km run, sandwiched in between 100m Lunges and 100 Wall Balls and symbolises consistency and hard work in the months of training prior to the event.
RunEight was created with this in mind with a sole purpose of building a safe and fun environment for people looking to start their fitness journey or take their fitness to the next level.
